FEEDBACK SYSTEM

Union Christian College follows a structured procedure for getting Feedback from its stakeholders. Regular feedback is collected from Students, Teachers, Alumni and Employers on Curriculum and Academic Performance and Ambience of the Institution. A detailed feedback analysis is  carried out followed by necessary action plans.  Suggestions on curriculum from respective Departments are brought to the notice of the Board of studies. This feedback analysis strategy helps the college to identify the strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement in the academic performance of the Institution so as to ensure a well-rounded and educational experience.

Feedback Analysis Strategy

Feedback forms containing questions covering the different aspects of the curriculum as well as academic performance of the Institution are circulated among the different stakeholders such as students, teachers, alumni and employers. A five point scale is used for the feedback system (Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree and Strongly Disagree) and grade points are assigned for each of the respective responses. The total weighted grade points are evaluated and a final grade is awarded to each question. A consolidated grade chart is formed as per the following table

Based on the grades obtained, necessary actions are taken by the respective Departments and the Institution.
